Return & Shipping Policies

RETURN POLICY

At Darioush, we’re dedicated to crafting world-class wines and your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of the wines ordered, you may return any unopened wines within 30 days of receipt, for a refund, less applicable shipping and handling fees. Please call us at 707-603-3920 to initiate a return. Note: only wines purchased directly from the winery are eligible for return.

While we stand by the integrity of our wines, we recognize that bottles can be subject to damage or flaws on occasion. If you suspect something may be wrong with a bottle you’ve received, please contact us so we may swiftly rectify the situation.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to have you receive your wine in the same condition that it leaves the winery; to that end all wines are stored at an optimal temperature and inspected before leaving our fulfillment center. We utilize a variety of carriers to deliver our wines to you in the safest manner possible. Damages may occur in transit, as such, please inspect all packages within your order as soon as they arrive. Should anything be broken during shipment, please contact us immediately so that we may open a claim with the shipping carrier and replace your damaged wine as quickly as possible. Please note that returns for shipping damages are not eligible after 30 days from the date of delivery.

FEES

Wines that are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery will be refunded to the original payment method, less applicable shipping and handling fees as follows.


Return and Handling fees:

  • A $25 return fee will be assessed for: eligible returns, missed deliveries
  • A $15 handling fee will be assessed for: address corrections, carrier redirects (after shipment has been initiated)

Reshipment fee:

  • Current shipping rates apply (not flat-rate eligible)


All clients, including First Offering members, are subject to the above fees for returned/reshipped orders. Please contact us for more information, or if we may be of service.

SHIPPING METHODS & RESTRICTIONS

All in-stock wines purchased at the winery or on Darioush.com will be processed and shipped within five business days. We typically ship Monday through Wednesday (Monday through Friday during peak, holiday seasons only), and transit schedules vary depending on the destination of the order and the service selected. Temperature-controlled ground shipments depart our fulfillment center once a week on a climate-controlled truck to a local UPS hub. From there, the wine arrives via standard ground service; please expect delivery 5-14 days from the date you placed your order. Should you require delivery by a specific date, please call 707-603-3920 to make special arrangements.

As alcohol shipments are regulated, we strongly recommend shipping to a business address. Someone 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for delivery. Missed delivery attempts, re-routes or returned shipments may adversely affect wine quality and will result in additional carrier fees (see 'Fees' above).

We are unable to deliver wine to KY, MS or UT. Restrictions apply for direct shipments to AL, IN, LA and OK. International shipping is available for most locations; please contact us for information.

MEMBER FLAT-RATE SHIPPING

Darioush members receive a special $20 flat rate per package on wine shipments to California and $25 per package on wine shipments within the US. For complete details, please read our membership policies. Note: members are subject to return, handling and reshipment fees when applicable.

Please note: for wine purchases on Darioush.com, flat-rate shipping will apply to your order at checkout; simply follow on-screen instructions to select the proper shipping service for your wine order.

MERCHANDISE SHIPMENTS

Items purchased from the Art + Object shop are hand-packed at the winery and shipped separately from wine. If your order contains both wine and merchandise, please expect more than one delivery.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to the use of Darioush Gift Cards and eGift Cards (collectively, "Gift Cards"). Your purchase and use of the Gift Cards constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms. Gift Cards denominated in U.S. dollars are issued by Darioush Khaledi Winery, LLC.

REDEMPTION & USE

Gift Cards are redeemable at Darioush Winery 4240 Silverado Trail, Napa, California, United States, for phone orders, and online at Darioush.com. Gift Cards may not be returned. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash except as required by law. Gift Cards are not accepted for international orders.

BALANCE INQUIRY

For balance inquiries and to obtain information about Gift Cards, please call 707-603-3920 or inquire at Darioush.

EXPIRATION & FEES

Gift Cards do not expire, and there are no fees associated with them.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN CARDS & FRAUD

If lost, stolen or damaged, Gift Cards may be replaced for the remaining value if you provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Darioush will not be responsible if your Gift Card is used without your permission. If we learn our customers were negatively impacted by an issue with our Gift Card systems, we’ll work quickly to take care of them. Title to and risk of loss for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon sale. Please treat your Gift Card like cash and safeguard it accordingly. Darioush reserves the right to refuse to accept Gift Cards that Darioush suspects or believes were obtained fraudulently.

GENERAL TERMS

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time and will provide notice of such changes if or as required by law. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
